We help you see what really matters
We make complex technology comprehensible
At Kitnetic, we take a distinctive approach to technology due diligence and advisory: we translate complex technologies—including AI and machine learning—into clear, actionable insight without compromising on depth or rigour. Through years of close collaboration with investors and operators, we've learned that while strong processes and agility are essential to success, real risks often lie deep within the technology itself. We help our clients strengthen both—building robust foundations while uncovering hidden risks and opportunities with clarity and precision.
Know about risks as early as possible
Identifying risks and weaknesses early is critical to making informed, confident decisions. Obtaining a good understanding of the technology can de-risk and inform your decision-making, focus attention where it’s most needed, and allow you to move forward with greater clarity and control.
In-depth investigations
To deliver this insight, we take a deep and structured look across both technical and organisational dimensions—from architecture, scalability, and deployment environments to core algorithms, including AI and machine learning where applicable. Just as importantly, we assess the structure, skills, and effectiveness of the technology team, alongside key processes such as customer onboarding and support.
As part of that in-depth investigation we also recommend that we look at source code to give you an even higher degree of confidence. We have developed a unique way of confirming technical and architectural facts in source code without having to spend days on a source-code review.
Recommendations and guidance
Where areas of concern or weakness are found, we highlight these and provide practical recommendations and guidance for improvement. This way we are able to obtain an understanding of the entire technology space of a business and provide you the insight that you require in a clear and pragmatic form.
Making complexities understandable
We particularly pride ourselves on being able swiftly to understand the detail and complexities of the technology involved, how it fits together and operates, and crucially to explain this in a way that is not over-technical but rather that can be understood by clients who are not technologists by trade.
All of our advisors have held CTO roles and most of them are actively engaged in fractional CTO roles.
Our clients include small and large private equity firms, seed to late-stage VCs, family offices, individual investors, start-ups and business owners, as well as CEOs.
