The Companies

ZeroNorth, headquartered in Copenhagen and backed by PSG, A.P. Moller Holding, and Cargill, provides a multi-service technology platform helping shipping companies cut emissions and optimise commercial performance. Alpha Ori Technologies, based in Singapore, specialises in IoT sensors and high-frequency vessel data. The combination created a maritime optimisation powerhouse serving over 4,000 vessels globally with 12 integrated services.
