The platform uses AI to automate sales forecasting, supplier ordering, stock management, and food cost control — delivering up to 5 percentage points savings on food costs. Founded in 2018, Inpulse is now used by over 3,500 restaurants, bakeries, and food kiosks across France and Europe.
