Merger of Signaturit Group with Namirial

Kitnetic Technology Advisors acted as technology advisors to PSG Equity on the merger of Signaturit Group with Bain Capital's Namirial, creating a leading pan-European Digital Transaction Management (DTM) software platform.

The Companies

Signaturit, founded in Spain in 2013 and backed by PSG since 2020, provides cloud-based DTM services including digital identity management, e-signatures, KYC and fraud prevention, and eID wallet solutions. Under PSG's ownership, Signaturit grew ARR more than 10x. Namirial, an Italian DTM provider backed by Bain Capital (via acquisition from Ambienta), brings complementary strengths in Italy and Germany. The combined entity serves approximately 240,000 customers across more than 40 countries with around 1,400 employees.

Our Work

We delivered both Vendor Technology Due Diligence of Signaturit (sell-side) and Buyer Technology Due Diligence of Namirial (buy-side), providing PSG with a comprehensive technology assessment across both platforms as they navigated this strategic combination.
