Andre Brantom

Andre is an experienced software engineering leader with a 24 year track record of creating and delivering complex software products and building high performing teams. He started his career building  development tools for the nascent smartphone industry, enabling massive codebases to be built and tested in minutes rather than days. He then moved on to create and deliver solutions across varied domains including but not limited to health, insurance, gaming and calendaring.

He has held multiple CTO roles, stewarding startups from idea through to multi-million pound revenue, whilst continuously driving improvements in organisational and process maturity. He has always kept very close to the code, and has delivered solutions in C++, C#, Scala, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java and Python whilst embracing a variety of programming styles.
