Kosta Kolev

Kosta is a product leader and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience spanning venture building, product strategy, and growth advisory. He began his career at frog design and Accenture before joining BCG Digital Ventures, where he launched joint ventures with Fortune 500 partners across healthcare, travel, construction, and agriculture, delivering multiple seven- and eight-figure ventures. He went on to co-found Hack Horizon — running the world's first hackathon on a plane, featured in Forbes — and directed an accelerator programme for MIT in Hong Kong.

Most recently, Kosta co-founded Calliper, an AI-powered customer analytics platform that raised capital from Sequoia, scaled across hundreds of businesses, and successfully exited in 2025. He has also held product roles at Writer, where he launched the Agent Builder platform in Europe, and at Kantan, an OVO Group spin-out where he joined as the first hire to build and scale the product.
