Rafal Skucha

Rafal is an experienced technology leader with nearly two decades of building and scaling software platforms, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering mission-critical systems. He began his career managing IT infrastructure and building bespoke tools for logistics and e-commerce before progressing into senior leadership roles where he drove platform reliability, scalability, and performance. Over time, he has applied his expertise across sectors including fintech, e-commerce, media, and events, consistently aligning technical strategy with business goals.

He has held multiple Head of Technology and CTO roles, overseeing distributed engineering teams and delivering data-driven platforms, cloud migrations, and high-availability systems. Rafal remains close to the engineering process, with hands-on experience across PHP, Golang, Python, C#, and cloud platforms including AWS and Azure. He combines technical leadership with a strong focus on organisational maturity, team development, and process improvement, ensuring technology serves both immediate business needs and long-term strategic growth.
